The drafting team will present and discuss their draft Commentary on statutory clarifications to support consistent interpretation of overlapping or conflicting privacy and AI laws. Using recent developments in Colorado as an example\, the session will explore how policymakers and practitioners can avoid compliance risks created by siloed or reactive lawmaking. \nCDS’ William W.
