eDiscovery leader formally recognized for expertise in migrating data to RelativityOne’s cloud-based review platform

NEW YORK – April 16, 2020 – Complete Discovery Source (CDS), leading provider of end-to-end eDiscovery, data management and compliance solutions, today announced it has become a RelativityOne Approved Data Migration Partner.

CDS’s Data Migration Architects and Consultants have designed, developed and implemented hundreds of data migrations from multiple eDiscovery platforms to Relativity. In recent years, organizations are increasingly turning to SaaS solutions for managing legal and compliance data to achieve the benefits of enhanced security, cost savings and greater stability. As a result, CDS has applied their substantial migration expertise to help its law firm, corporate and government clients make the leap to RelativityOne, Relativity’s cloud-based eDiscovery solution.

“In the past year, CDS has successfully completed over a dozen data migration projects to RelativityOne using a proprietary workflow to track, QC and verify the migrated databases,” said Nyi Htwe, Chief Technology Officer at Complete Discovery Source. “Migrating data, whether from legacy systems or from other vendors, can be fraught with complications. CDS’s deep expertise in the Relativity platform is key to smooth, successful data migrations, from pure transfer and intake to optimizing data as it enters the new system.”

“CDS has been a dedicated Relativity partner since 2008 and their experience with eDiscovery in the cloud was demonstrated when they became a RelativityOne Silver Partner earlier this year,” said James Zinn, Director, Commercial Partnerships at Relativity. “Along with their credentials, CDS has shown they have the knowledge and resources to help their clients securely migrate to RelativityOne. I look forward to seeing CDS help their clients overcome data challenges, some of whom may be using a cloud-based eDiscovery platform for the first time.”

To achieve RelativityOne Approved Migration Partner status, the CDS team passed a challenging, complex scenario test to demonstrate strong analysis and troubleshooting skills. They continue to receive regular training updates while working closely with the RelativityOne product team to provide continual feedback and help develop and enhance the platform.
