Nyi has played a key role in scaling CDS from a startup into a mid-sized organization and brings more than 25 years of experience supporting complex discovery matters, including DOJ second requests, antitrust, litigation, and government investigations. He specializes in legal technology, eDiscovery, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and information governance. Nyi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from CUNY. Known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for innovation, Nyi is dedicated to delivering AI-driven solutions that solve real-world legal challenges while maintaining exceptional client service.
Adam is a certified digital forensic and eDiscovery professional whose role at CDS includes leading the forensics services group, performing complex data collections, computer forensic investigations and training CDS team members in the use of forensic and eDiscovery hardware and software solutions. Adam can provide specialized forensic analysis services for clients working with matters of varying degrees of complexity and sensitivity. These services are particularly helpful in cases involving intellectual property theft, employer/employee breach of contract cases or in cases and investigations involving employee misconduct. Adam has proven success in customizing these services to a client’s specific needs and completing complex digital forensic tasks in a defensible and well-documented workflow.
Alex Kirkland is a certified digital forensic, eDiscovery, information security, and data governance professional whose role at CDS includes performing complex data collections and computer forensic investigations as well as consulting with internal teams and external clients on cyber investigation response, information security, and data risk governance.
