Leading jurists, law firm and corporate attorneys, and eDiscovery experts will come together February 12-13, 2020 for “eDiscovery Negotiation Training: Practical Cooperative Strategies,” a unique, hands-on program presented by The Sedona Conference Institute designed to help participants develop practical skills in eDiscovery negotiation. Through the use of a litigation hypothetical, faculty demonstrations, and mock negotiation and hearing exercises, participants will explore practical cooperative strategies to avoid or resolve conflicts that commonly occur in the preservation, collection, production, and use of electronically stored information (ESI).
