“The Lifecycle of Data Subject Access Requests in RelativityOne”

With Data Subject Access Requests, timing is everything. They can come at any point, and often, organisations are not prepared. The data sets can be quite large, and as a result, the information collected must be targeted to avoid oversaturation of irrelevant information.

On day 3 of RelativityFest London, which is taking place online this year, Mark Anderson, Director of UK Operations at CDS and Alyssa Kondonis of Relativity will address, “The Lifecycle of Data Subject Access Requests in RelativityOne.” In the session, which is available on demand beginning May 14, they will walk through a scenario: 30 days to respond to a Data Subject Access Request. Starting from the scope of the request and data collection, they will share how they’d apply Analytics to cull down and refine the document set, and finally review and produce the DSAR request, all while identifying opportunities to save time and expense.
