The EDI Summit is a synergetic meeting designed for and by leading minds in legal technology.
Taking place in-person for the first time in two years, the Summit offers a relaxed, open environment in which attendees will benchmark with peers, all while updating their understanding of eDiscovery, technology, and the practice of law. CDS is proud to be a Gold Ambassador for the event.
The program includes in-depth discussions on advanced topics designed for corporate counsel. On Thursday, October 14th, Bill Belt, Managing Director, CDS will lead a discussion on “Operationalizing Proportionality & the GW Framework.” Over the last year, Bill has been part of a select group of jurists, attorneys, and eDiscovery practitioners working with GW Law School to develop a framework to operationalize proportionality. The session will walk through how they are leveraging data to illustrate the costs and burdens of eDiscovery decisions to develop a common set of metrics that can be applied at every phase of the eDiscovery process.
