eDiscovery pioneer CDS reaches new milestone in Relativity partnership and deepens commitment to RelativityOne

NEW YORK –January 30, 2020 – Complete Discovery Source, leading provider of end-to-end eDiscovery and data management solutions, today announced that it has become a RelativityOne Certified Silver Partner for providing an exceptional service experience to its RelativityOne end users. CDS was originally named a Relativity Server “Best in Service” partner in 2010 during that program’s inception and was the first partner to deliver the complete Relativity platform.

RelativityOne’s stability, reliability, security, power and performance has made it possible for CDS to support projects of any scale around the world. By leveraging international data centers alongside Relativity’s cloud-based eDiscovery solution RelativityOne, CDS has grown to become a global eDiscovery powerhouse, supporting clients on three continents, including the company’s recent launch of RelativityOne in Brazil.

With deep Relativity expertise, including 35 Relativity Certified Administrators on staff, CDS is actively developing new service offerings using the platform. CDS xChange, for example, is a Relativity-backed solution for LIBOR transition that helps clients analyze and adapt LIBOR-reliant contracts and identify potential liabilities.

“CDS is excited to achieve Silver-Level RelativityOne certification. To provide industry-leading infrastructure, project management, and advisory services to support demanding eDiscovery projects, we’ve relied on Relativity for more than a decade. We couldn’t be more satisfied,” said Nyi Htwe, Chief Technology Officer at Complete Discovery Source. “The Relativity team is ever committed to developing more advanced technology and providing solutions for complex data challenges, making it the gold standard for end-to-end document review.”

The RelativityOne Certified Silver Level is part of the Relativity Partner Program and recognizes organizations that have reached a high bar for experience, customer satisfaction, and staff training and certifications. These partners are also proven innovators, with at least one custom application available in the Relativity App Hub. CDS Convert, a RelativityOne and Relativity Server compatible application developed by CDS engineers, provides conversion of structured data, mobile collections, chat applications and other instant message applications to Relativity Short Message Format (RSMF).

“CDS has been an incredibly dedicated partner over the last 10 years and it’s impressive to see how they have implemented RelativityOne across geographies like Brazil,” said George Orr, VP Customer Success and Support. “As we continue to work together, we’re excited to see what they develop next on the platform and how those innovations will foster even more customer success stories.”
