Ron has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years. A native of Guyana, he emigrated to the U.S. in 1978 to study computer technology and has since founded and operated successful enterprises in both Guyana and the U.S., consistently advancing market-leading technology. Ron founded Complete Discovery Source in 2003, which remains privately held and has grown into a globally respected leader in legal data management and eDiscovery. He remains committed to innovation, inclusive culture, and corporate citizenship.

Anita Ramnarayan is the Chief Financial Officer at Complete Discovery Source, Inc. She has more than 30 years of finance experience in the legal industry. As a key member of the company’s executive leadership team, she brings deep institutional knowledge and financial acumen to guide the organization through continually evolving market dynamics. Anita’s disciplined, strategic, and collaborative leadership approach has been instrumental in achieving the company’s long-term growth and financial stability.
Vinnie Budhram
Chief Operating Officer
As COO of Complete Discovery Source, Vinnie Budhram leads operations and execution, driving growth while fostering leadership and shared accountability. Since joining CDS in 2008, he has helped guide the company through evolving client needs, technology, and eDiscovery economics. He partners with executives and client teams to align operations with business development, delivering scalable, defensible AI-enabled solutions. He holds an Executive MBA from Baruch College.
Nye Htwe
Chief Technology Officer
Nyi Htwe is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Complete Discovery Source (CDS), where he has spent 21 years leading technology strategy, operations, and innovation. Nyi has played a key role in scaling CDS from a startup into a mid-sized organization and brings more than 25 years of experience supporting complex discovery matters, including DOJ second requests, antitrust, litigation, and government investigations. He specializes in legal technology, eDiscovery, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and information governance. Nyi holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from CUNY. Known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for innovation, Nyi is dedicated to delivering AI-driven solutions that solve real-world legal challenges while maintaining exceptional client service.

As Vice President of Operations at CDS for 21 years, Richard Das combines experience, practical expertise, and innovation to deliver measurable results. He specializes in solution-driven operations that support client-focused outcomes. Clients and colleagues rely on Richard for his ability to turn complex challenges into achievable solutions, guided by a belief that what may not seem doable, CDS can accomplish. Known for thriving in CDS’s collaborative, hardworking culture, Richard brings a results-oriented mindset to every engagement.
Michael Milicevic, Esq.
Vice President, eDiscovery Products & Solutions
As Vice President of eDiscovery Products & Solutions, Michael Milicevic leads the global CDS Product Solutions Team, developing proprietary solutions and expanding the company’s technology portfolio. He also oversees Midwest operations, supporting enterprise law firms and corporate clients. With nearly 20 years of legal and eDiscovery experience, Michael has managed complex matters including second requests, international proceedings, and IP disputes. He is a licensed attorney in Illinois.
Cory Logan
Vice President, Client Services
With over 12 years at CDS, Cory Logan serves as Vice President of Client Services, leading teams responsible for multiple eDiscovery hosting solutions and overseeing more than 60 professionals across two divisions. Based in New York City, Cory drives the operational and strategic growth of commercial accounts through innovation and transformation to ensure exceptional client experiences and sustained business success. Backed by RRMS, RCA, and CIPM certifications, he specializes in guiding clients through complex engagements with clarity and confidence, rooted in principles of empowerment, transparency, and collaboration. Known for his forward-thinking, people-first leadership style and commitment to diversity and equal opportunity, Cory leverages technology and process automation to deliver impactful solutions. A recognized expert in eDiscovery and privacy, he consistently cultivates strong relationships, fosters collaboration, and exceeds expectations, positioning himself as an invaluable asset within CDS and the broader eDiscovery community.

With eight years at CDS, Regina Chepalis brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to her role as VP of Sales. She is passionate about helping clients navigate complex data challenges and focuses on building long-term, high-trust partnerships that deliver meaningful value. Drawing on certifications including Relativity and DISCO Sales Pro, Regina helps clients cut through complexity by aligning practical, cost-conscious solutions with what truly drives results. She believes in serving as a trusted guide, turning uncertainty into clear, actionable decisions through collaboration and insight.
William Wallace Belt, Esq.
Managing Director, Consulting
With nearly 10 years at CDS, William Wallace Belt brings a deep commitment to strengthening the legal system to his role as Managing Director, Advisory. A seasoned trial attorney and trusted advisor to corporations and law firms, he specializes in guiding large, complex matters with clarity and confidence. Licensed in California and Virginia and certified as a privacy professional (CIPP/US/E and CIPM), William believes in pairing experienced counsel with innovative technology to build long-term client relationships and drive meaningful improvements in the practice of law.
Mark Anderson
Managing Director, EMEA
Mark Anderson is an experienced eDiscovery Managing Director leading CDS’ European operations, specializing in complex data types and workflows for large cases. Skilled in eDiscovery, computer forensics, and generative AI solutions, including Relativity aiR and proprietary GenAI tools, he provides expert guidance on data handling, conversion, and analysis. Certifications include Relativity Master, CEDS, EnCase Examiner, and Project Management Specialist.
Balram Singh
Senior Director, Information Technology & Security
Balram Singh is a seasoned eDiscovery leader with over 18 years of expertise in IT strategy, security, data center operations, and big data management. He manages one of the industry’s largest Relativity environments and leads a high-performing technical team responsible for migrating more than 100 terabytes of data from platforms such as Concordance, Recommind, Summation, and Relativity. Known for delivering operational excellence and executing complex data migrations, Balram is recognized as a trusted expert in driving efficiency and innovation across enterprise-scale environments.
Nadia Haniff
Director, Human Resources
As the Human Resources Director with over 25 years’ experience, Nadia Haniff holds an HR degree from Baruch College and leads the human resources functions domestically and internationally at CDS. Since joining the company at its inception, she has executed the company’s broader business goals by designing, implementing, and establishing the operational processes for payroll, benefits, employee relations, compensation, performance management, employee development, and talent acquisition. Nadia partners closely with Executive Management to develop scalable HR strategies and policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Beyond work, Nadia enjoys traveling and has a passion for supporting children in need both locally and abroad.
Brad Berkshire
Director, Consulting & Digital Forensics
Brad is an eDiscovery, information governance, and digital forensics expert at CDS, where he leads complex client engagements and provides strategic consulting, training, and advisory services to both internal teams and external client groups. In his role at CDS, Brad advises on information governance strategy, defensible data acquisition, and digital forensics best practices, while also supporting CDS Digital Forensics and Investigations
team with project scoping, methodology design, process workflows, and technical oversight across a wide range of complex investigative and discovery matters.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning information systems management, digital forensics, and eDiscovery services, Brad has built and led high-performing expert services teams with a consistent focus on operational efficiency, technical excellence, and exceptional client service. Over the course of his career, he has conducted thousands of targeted data collections and forensic image acquisitions in support of digital investigation, discovery response, and regulatory and compliance matters.
Brad’s expertise and hands-on experience include forensic acquisition and analysis across virtually all forms of digital evidence, including Windows and macOS workstations, servers, enterprise and structured data sources, cloud and SaaS platforms, social media data, and mobile devices and mobile application data. His work routinely involves complex, high-risk data environments requiring defensible, repeatable, and court-tested methodologies.
Chris O'Connor
Director, eDiscovery Strategy
Chris O’Connor is CDS’s Director of eDiscovery Strategy, where he helps clients use technology effectively across every stage of the EDRM, from collection through production. With deep experience in legal tech, analytics, and AI, he designs smart, defensible workflows for high-stakes matters. Chris previously worked at Am Law 100 firms and has spent over 15 years at CDS leading global expansion, technological development, and key partnerships. He’s also a frequent speaker on big data, cybersecurity, and emerging trends in eDiscovery including the use of AI. He has recently contributed to the development of the EDRM 2.0 model.
Jacqlyn Joyner, Esq.
Director, Federal Client Services
With 10 years at CDS, Jacqlyn Joyner brings purpose and precision to her role as Director of Federal Client Services. Specializing in FedRAMP eDiscovery solutions, she draws on her background as a licensed Illinois attorney to help public sector clients navigate complex requirements with confidence. Jacqlyn believes exceptional service should consistently exceed expectations, and she is proud to help build a mission-driven team that combines urgency, innovation, and care to continually raise the bar for clients.
Matthew Milone, Esq.
Director, Federal Operations
Matthew Milone is a licensed attorney and is currently the head of CDS’s Federal Services division. Before joining CDS, Matt practiced law at a mid-sized defense firm before turning his attention to eDiscovery Project Management. Matt has nearly a decade of experience managing all elements of large-scale document reviews including consultation, strategy development, and workflow design. Matt holds a B.A. from The Catholic University of America, a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in New York. Matt has been awarded the CEDS certification issued by ACEDS.
Jonathan Solomon
Director, Operational Deployment
Jonathan Solomon is Director of Operational Development at Complete Discovery Source, where he leads enterprise-level initiatives focused on customer success, operational strategy, and organizational scalability. He partners closely with executive leadership, strategic technology partners, and client stakeholders to align people, processes, and performance in support of measurable client and revenue outcomes. With more than a decade of eDiscovery experience, Jonathan has overseen 500+ matters and brings deep expertise across eDiscovery platforms, managed services, and secure cloud environments. As an industry panelist, Jonathan is recognized for building high-performing, people-centered teams that drive sustainable growth and consistent delivery excellence.
Steve Wang, Esq.
Director, Managed Review
As Director of Managed Review at CDS for nine years, Steve Wang brings a sharp, solutions-driven approach to complex review challenges. Admitted to the New York State Bar and the USPTO, and certified as a Reveal-Brainspace Analyst and Specialist, he specializes in managed review, TAR, AI-enhanced review, and foreign-language matters. Clients and colleagues rely on Steve for his consultative mindset and ability to build tailored workflows that meet clients where they are and help them achieve their litigation goals, even under pressure.
