CDS strengthens EU eDiscovery Capabilities During a Period of Heightened Data Privacy Concerns and Brexit Complications
Complete Discovery Source (CDS), leading provider of eDiscovery and data management solutions, announced today that it is expanding the company’s global footprint in the European Union (EU) with cloud-based eDiscovery solution, RelativityOne, in Switzerland and the Netherlands.

Data privacy regulations make information sharing more complicated between jurisdictions. And in many cross-border matters, parties are required to keep data from leaving the country altogether.

CDS’ expansion to the Netherlands is designed to provide European companies that are concerned about Brexit the opportunity to support their businesses in mainland Europe. Looking ahead to the potential issues that may arise between the EU and the UK, companies can now achieve some peace of mind by opening their litigation hub within the EU.
