One standout example of our evolution is CDS Convert, a solution our product team developed to meet a growing challenge: clients struggling to review short-message data from platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp. As communication expanded from traditional emails, the lack of unified tools for reviewing these formats made data review increasingly complex.
“With CDS Convert, we weren’t just creating a tool for short-message review—we were building a bridge to help clients make sense of modern communication formats,” says Mark Anderson, EMEA Managing Director. “Every version keeps real client workflows in mind, ensuring that its features create real efficiency for today’s legal teams.”
The emergence of short message technology changed the primary method many businesses, including our own, communicate. Supporting over 35 chat and mobile platforms, CDS Convert simplifies the conversion, search, and review of diverse communication formats, making previously cumbersome data easy to navigate. Having the ability to facilitate review of these data types and transform conversations into clarity is a real value to our clients which is why Convert quickly became a staple in our toolkit,” adds Michael.
CDS Vision: Keeping Complex Data Real
Another example of our commitment to addressing real-world challenges is CDS Vision. As litigation data volumes have grown, so has the need for better visualization tools and streamlined processes to support quick insights and efficient document review. CDS Vision offers a suite of proprietary visualization options, analysis capabilities, and automation tools that enhance the way our clients interact with, understand and act upon their data during the various eDiscovery phases.
