Matthew Milone is a licensed attorney and is currently the head of CDS’s Federal Services division. Before Joining CDS, Matt practiced law at a mid-sized defense firm before turning his attention to eDiscovery Project Management. Matt has nearly a decade of experience managing all elements of large-scale document reviews including consultation, strategy development, and workflow design. Matt holds a B.A. from The Catholic University of America, a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in New York.
As VP eDiscovery Products & Solutions, Michael Milicevic leads the Global CDS Product Solutions Team, designing and developing proprietary products and solutions and expanding the CDS technology portfolio. He also oversees all Midwest operations. He has over 12 years of eDiscovery and legal experience and has worked on multiple large matters for a variety of clients, including Am Law 100 firms, global financial services organizations, and multi-national manufacturers.
As the Director of eDiscovery Strategy, Chris O’Connor advises clients on the use of technology in all aspects of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM) from collection through production. He applies his deep knowledge of legal technology and processes to the design of case strategies and workflows to be implemented by clients and the CDS Project Management Team.
