In his role as Vice President of Operations, Richard is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of core services at CDS. He has been the solution architect behind many complex discovery matters including DOJ second requests and international matters during his tenure at the company.
As Vice President of Sales, Regina Chepalis leads the CDS global sale team focused on offering technology-enabled solutions to a rapidly changing eDiscovery market. Regina has over 40 years of leadership experience in the legal service industry working for service providers, law firms and governmental agencies in a variety of roles.
Brad Janssen is CDS’s Director of Professional Services and oversees our Project Management and Advisory Services teams. Brad and the CDS Project Management team take a solutions driven, consultative, and above all, client centric approach in advising law firms, corporations, and government agencies on efficient and defensible eDiscovery strategies. Laser focused on consistent and quality services, Brad oversees both the tactical and strategic application of technology to civil & criminal litigations, regulatory matters, and internal investigations.
Cory, based out of CDS’ New York City office, currently serves as the VP of Client Services. He leads a team of over 60+ eDiscovery professionals responsible for both Relativity and DISCO eDiscovery hosting solutions. His daily efforts are centered on leveraging innovative technology and efficient processes through automation to deliver a truly memorable client experience.
Lindsay Chastain has 11 years of law firm experience as a litigation support professional providing support for various review platforms, such as Concordance, Summation and Relativity, and software applications like iPro, CaseMap, TextMap, OneNote, LAW and e-Scanit. Lindsay holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from The George Washington University and has a Master of Criminal Justice from Boston University.
Daniel Diette is an eDiscovery Data Scientist specializing in Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and eDiscovery Analytics at CDS. He has over 13 years of experience applying analytics to all phases of eDiscovery. As head of CDS' Advisory Services Analytics Team, Daniel manages the TAR process for CDS’ large, complex projects, from Second Requests to multi-billion dollar litigations and investigations. He consults clients on efficient document search and review in Relativity, Brainspace, DISCO, and Reveal, and the defensible use of predictive coding software and workflows.
Deerrun Jea is a CDS Product and Solutions Manager based in New York, focused on Convert and Vision. As a lawyer-technologist, he integrates the practice of law and the impact of technology, including advising both external and internal clients on workflows and strategies related to eDiscovery. He has over 20 years of legal and eDiscovery experience, including multidistrict litigation, FTC/DOJ second requests, and internal investigations.
Since joining CDS in 2008, Vinnie’s role as COO has involved helping the entire organization navigate towards its future both in internal and external capacities. Vinnie is instrumental in building leadership and community within CDS, encouraging a sense of shared investment in the company’s goals. In addition to facilitating communication and operations internally, Vinnie supports business development programs from planning through execution. Vinnie holds an Executive MBA from Baruch College.
