CDS will sponsor and participate in the Rabiej Litigation Law Center’s virtual bench-bar leadership conference addressing the Optimum Proportionality eDiscovery Standard (OPES) on Thursday, March 28.
The purpose of the conference is to examine the OPES proposals, with insight from federal judges, plaintiff and defense attorneys, and other experts. CDS’ Bill Belt, Managing Director, Consulting, will be a featured panelist discussing “Parties’ Identification of Documents Important in Resolving the Issues.”
