Back in July, a few months into the pandemic, we started a conversation with a group of women leaders in legal operations and technology to discuss how the new climate had impacted office culture, career trajectories and gender dynamics in the workplace.
We’re bringing them back to check in with them and continue that dialogue as they delve further into workplace gender dynamics, women’s leadership and advancement. They will also discuss the challenges of hiring, training and managing a remote workforce, setting boundaries and maintaining work-life balance. Looking forward, they will also debate where they think we’re heading in 2021 and offer practical advice on how women can expand the depth and breadth of their networks and support each other.
