As CDS’ resident data scientist, Diette has over 13 years of experience applying analytics to all phases of eDiscovery. He consults clients on efficient document search and review in Relativity, Brainspace, DISCO, and Reveal, and the defensible use of predictive coding software and workflows.
In 2023, Diette participated in Relativity’s Pilot group to test GPT4’s ability to classify documents for relevance and to consult in their development of Relativity aiR. Initial testing was in collaboration with James Bekier from BakerHostetler regarding software in a white-collar criminal defense matter. CDS has continued testing the software’s capabilities in other types of eDiscovery matters.
