Bio

Brad Janssen is CDS’s Director of Professional Services and oversees our Project Management and Advisory Services teams.  Brad and the CDS Project Management team take a solutions driven, consultative, and above all, client centric approach in advising law firms, corporations, and government agencies on efficient and defensible eDiscovery strategies. Laser focused on consistent and quality services, Brad oversees both the tactical and strategic application of technology to civil & criminal litigations, regulatory matters, and internal investigations. Brad’s experience includes working on some of the largest M&A transactions in recent years, decade long Antitrust investigations, 20+ million document Second Requests, headline making litigations, and confidential internal investigations. Brad has managed teams of up to 250 Attorneys. Before becoming Director of Professional Services, Brad previously served as an eDiscovery consultant and also spent eight years in the Antitrust group at Shearman & Sterling where he worked with Fortune 500 clients and oversaw eDiscovery operations and document reviews. A recurring speaker at RelativityFest, Brad and has authored numerous publications on data analytics and eDiscovery for Merger Review. Brad graduated Magna Cum Ladue and with Special Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
