As remote work and social distancing have become a necessity in response to COVID-19, the business use case for chat and collaboration platforms has grown exponentially. As a result, the future of ediscovery will likely contain even more data generated by messaging apps, collaboration tools like Teams and Slack, and mobile platforms. These non-standard formats present challenges for ediscovery data processing and review.
